Job title: Lead CMP Module Process Development Engineer / NPI Lead
About the Role Step into a leadership role focused on CMP module process development and NPI for key customers. You will define NPI schedules, align execution plans, develop the team, and drive program outcomes to meet customer roadmaps while delivering a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the process team for key customer new products/applications penetration in CMP module process development
- Drive module process and equipment fundamental improvements
- Define overall NPI program schedules, align on and drive required execution plans and program deliverables to completion while meeting critical milestones
- Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap
- Develop metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive improvement through successive product introduction
- Build strong cross-functional and matrixed relationships with Product Marketing, Product Development, Service Engineering, and others to ensure a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, especially CMP module process development
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations
- Effective English oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities to influence both throughout the organization and with BU/Service Team
- Goal- and customer-oriented, positive and energetic attitude with strong work ethic and initiative
Nice to Have
- Tool vendor experience is a plus
