Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (1515567)
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
A Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for handling the Product Analytics needs of a release train. This includes consulting with stakeholders, understanding their products, and then leveraging analytics skills and tools to make product recommendations. This person must be able to work independently as the analytics resource for internal stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities beyond what stakeholders have requested. A strong candidate will also have Automotive industry, product management and/or UX experience.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams to make data-driven business decisions aimed at growth and business optimization.

Support product ideation, discovery research, and analyses that estimate potential opportunities and guide priorities.

Proactively identify and recommend opportunities, including forward-looking insights that inform future optimization strategies.

Provide analytics requirements, validate tagging specifications, and perform data validation UAT to ensure data capture quality.

Monitor post-launch performance of products and proactively establish requirements for recurring and ad-hoc analytics support.

Collaborate with the Reporting Team on automating recurring reports on key KPIs and leveraging them for deeper insights.

Present analysis results in a cohesive story with key takeaways for non-analytics stakeholders.

Build and maintain data pipelines, data assets, dashboards, and reports.

Skills

Must be able to learn and use analytics and other relevant technologies such as web analytics tools, SQL-based databases, and data visualization software. Must be able to work directly with vendors to resolve issues.

Project Involvement: Supports Analytics Leads or other leaders for company initiatives to help drive execution according to project milestones and timelines.

Collaboration: Able to perform duties working closely with a manager or under the guidance of analytics or stakeholder leaders. Works with leadership to define priorities and deliver against business goals independently and collaboratively.
