What you´ll do

• Lead and coordinate daily blending operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and business priorities are achieved.
• Utilize SAP to manage batch scheduling, material consumption, production tracking, and inventory transactions.
• Oversee wastewater system operations, monitoring, testing, compliance activities, and vendor coordination.
• Train, coach, and support operators while promoting a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance.

What makes you a good fit

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous blending, manufacturing, lead, or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, follow detailed procedures, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The hourly pay range for this role is $30.00 and $36.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
