Lead Architect, Combine Software & E/E Systems

About the Role Lead architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. Define and evolve end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms, driving standardization, modularity, and scalability, while enabling data-driven, MBSE and AI-enabled capabilities. What You'll Do

• Define and evolve end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms.
• Drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across multiple product lines.
• Act as the primary technical authority for combine software architecture and E/E systems.
• Lead resolution of highly complex system-level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross-functional integration.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
• Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex, large-scale product development programs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions for complex products. Nice to Have
