The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Android Systems Engineer with deep expertise in building Android-based appliance products. This role is focused on the development, integration, optimization, and delivery of purpose-built Android devices where reliability, performance, security, and hardware/software integration are critical.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across the Android software stack, including Linux kernel development, device drivers, Android HAL, Android framework services, and system-level debugging. The candidate should also have deep domain knowledge in at least one major Android subsystem such as the Camera Framework, Display Framework, or Audio Framework, with the ability to work across multiple subsystems as needed.
