About the Role The Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant is a pivotal role responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Oracle Fusion Financials suite of applications. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for all technical and functional issues, leading a team to provide expert-level support, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive continuous improvement through development and customization. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and a robust understanding of both technical architecture and business processes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand current financial processes, pain points, and business requirements.
• Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be processes; design functional solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Procurement, O2C, Projects, etc.) and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules per approved designs; develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions (RICE objects).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with functional requirements and best practices; lead testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support user acceptance.
• Define data migration strategies and oversee legacy-to-Oracle data conversion; design integrations with other systems (HCM, SCM, CRM, etc.).
• Create training materials and conduct end-user training; provide post-go-live support.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects, stay current with Oracle Fusion Financials releases, and pursue ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 9 to 15 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation role, with strong Oracle Cloud Financials exposure; full lifecycle implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, P2P, O2C, and Projects; experience with Order Management E2R is a plus.
• Proficiency with OTBI, FRS, and data loaders (FBDL); familiarity with SQL and basic technical concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification (preferred)
