About the Role Wise is seeking a Lead Analyst to head the Growth Analytics team in London. You will drive impact through data by curating datasets, surfacing metrics, and applying statistical modelling to inform business decisions. You will also act as the conduit between the analytics team and the rest of the company to ensure stakeholders' needs are understood and addressed. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of analysts focused on growth analytics, responsible for datasets, metrics, modelling, and deep-dive analysis to influence company direction.
- Serve as the bridge between the team and stakeholders, helping shape requirements and align work with business needs.
- Collaborate with DS teams to build customer models and create repeatable explanatory frameworks around growth performance.
- Partner with other analytics teams to share insights with a global perspective.
- Lead and manage a team of 3 analysts with potential to grow. What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (overlaps possible).
- Strong analytical ability; intermediate to advanced SQL; solid understanding of statistics, measures of central tendency, variance testing, feature engineering, some regression modelling, and clustering techniques.
- Data visualization and storytelling ability; comfortable self-organising and managing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python or R; strong mathematical background.
- Desirable: dbt; data modelling in a warehouse context; understanding of testing and experimental design. Nice to Have

- Base salary of £105,000 - £150,000 per year.
