About the Role The Lead AI Engineer acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering delivery. You will convert business ideas into delivered AI-enabled products end-to-end, leading structured discovery, translating pain points into actionable requirements, and guiding MVP definition through build and delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead discovery, solutioning, MVP definition, build-vs-buy support, engineering delivery, and production handover.
- Lead business requirement definition workshops; ask the right questions to uncover user pain points, operational constraints, success metrics, and decision criteria.
- Translate high-level ideas into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, solution scope, MVP definition, delivery roadmap, and backlog priorities.
- Create audience-appropriate visual materials such as solution diagrams, process flows, architecture views, MVP comparisons, and decision papers.
- Facilitate multi-round discussions with business, IT, risk/compliance, security, architecture, and stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering delivery, guiding the team from discovery to delivery. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical leadership and hands-on delivery of AI-enabled products end-to-end.
- Ability to translate business pain points into structured requirements and actionable user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, risk/compliance, security, and architecture.
- Experience with MVP definition, delivery roadmaps, backlog management, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Ability to create clear visual artifacts (solution diagrams, process flows, architecture views).
- Familiarity with AI platforms and enterprise application delivery teams.
