Lead AI/Automation Analyst
Location - Dallas, TX OR Minneapolis, MN (suburbs) - onsite Tue, Wed, Thu
6 months Contract to hire
Rate - upto 75/hour W2 (some flex) conversion salary of 135-155K
No third parties - looking for W2 candidates only
We are seeking a Lead AI/Automation Analyst to lead the architecture, development, implementation, and ongoing support of intelligent automation solutions across the enterprise. Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and UiPath, this role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline complex processes, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen data insights, and support strategic business objectives.
MUST HAVE SKILLS

8+ years in automation solutions.

Experience working with UiPath and Power Platform.

Proven experience designing scalable automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of automation governance, security, and platform best practices.

Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.

Solid communication and collaboration skills.
