Lead Account Manager
As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
You will report directly to our Director Sales and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company by managing and growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
-
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
