LCL Agent

Job title: LCL Agent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong ownership, operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and customer focus. Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, ocean freight, or LCL operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational execution of LCL shipments in Indonesia.
• Coordinate shipment activities with customers, CFS/warehouse operations, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination, documentation, milestone updates, and shipment visibility.
• Communicate shipment status and operational updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support billing readiness and ensure shipment files are completed accurately.
• Handle shipment exceptions, operational issues, and service recovery activities.
• Deliver reliable shipment execution and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LCL Operations, Freight Forwarding, Ocean Freight, or related logistics operations.

• Experience handling Ocean Freight shipments within a freight forwarding environment.

• Good understanding of Import and Export processes and shipment documentation.

• Familiarity with CargoWise or other freight forwarding systems.

• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
