About the Role As part of the isolator product development team, you will be responsible for layout design of isolator ICs (digital/analog mixed-signal) including high-voltage isolation structures, ensuring performance and reliability for industrial equipment markets. Working to accelerate next-generation product development through robust layout and verification. What You'll Do
- Layout design for isolator products (digital/analog mixed-signal ICs)
- Chip layout including high-voltage isolation structures and optimization
- Layout verification (LVS, DRC, ERC)
- Foundry design rules compliance and tape-out preparation
- Location and scope of work may be clarified during the selection process. What We're Looking For
- MUST: Semiconductor IC layout design experience
- MUST: Basic knowledge of semiconductor development flow (circuit design, layout, verification, tape-out)
- MUST: Japanese business-level, English reading/writing level
- WANT: Analog or mixed-signal IC layout design experience
- WANT: Development experience with high-voltage devices, isolation technology, power ICs
- WANT: Experience with LVS, DRC, ERC layout verification
