Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with 4–6 years of experience in Labor and Employment to manage high-level cases and clients in Bilbao. The successful candidate will be an active member of the team and will collaborate on advisory matters in hiring, salaries, senior management, social security, dismissals, business succession, collective bargaining agreements, working hours, substantial modifications, labor inspections, disciplinary proceedings, and labor litigation. Manage or participate in cases according to the strategy defined with partners or senior associates: in-depth analysis, client contact, preparation of appeals and representation at hearings, drafting reports and technical documentation, active collaboration with more senior lawyers, and support for less experienced professionals. 4–6 years of experience in labor and employment law within a top-tier legal environment
