About the Role Quatrecasas is seeking to hire a lawyer with 3–4 years of experience in Public Law, particularly in the urban planning sector, to join our Málaga office. The role involves working closely with colleagues across practice areas on advisory matters in public law and urban planning, contributing to reports, regulatory analyses, and coordination on proceedings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and report to the supervising partner for each matter. What You'll Do
- Actively integrate into the team and collaborate on advisory matters in Public Law and urban planning; provide advice, prepare reports, participate in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews, and handle due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving or applying public law and regulations governing economic activities, primarily in urban planning.
- Work in coordination with other associates specializing in public law and lawyers from other practice areas; report directly to the supervising partner for each matter. What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years’ experience in Public Law, especially in urban planning.
- Strong academic credentials.
- High level of English (Advanced).
- Ability to generate and share new knowledge; sensitivity to business needs; strive for efficiency and excellence.
