Lawyer with 1–3 years’ experience in Public Law

About the Role

We are seeking to hire a lawyer with 1–3 years of experience in Public Law to join our Barcelona office. The successful candidate will actively integrate into the team and collaborate on advisory matters in public law to support clients with regulatory and economic activity considerations. What You'll Do

• Actively integrate into the team and collaborate on all types of advisory matters in public law, including providing advice, preparing reports, and participating in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews.

• Handle due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving or applying public law and regulations governing economic activities.

• Work in coordination with other associates specializing in public law and other areas of law, and report directly to the lead counsel for each matter. What We're Looking For

• Strong academic credentials.

• 1–3 years of prior experience in public law.

• High level of English (minimum Advanced level).

• Professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, sensitive to business needs, and in continuous pursuit of efficiency and excellence.

• International profile, constantly evolving and learning, capable of working in a flexible, collaborative, digital, and multidisciplinary environment.

• Proactive and dynamic. Eager to learn and contribute value.
