About the Role Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate Practice at our Barcelona office. We are looking for a person who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for and is committed to the practice of law. What You'll Do
- Join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate with all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. What We're Looking For
- From 4 to 6 years’ experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice
- Passion for and commitment to the practice of law
- Good academic record
- Advanced English, minimum C1 level
- Other languages will be valued Nice to Have
- International profile that is constantly learning and developing, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0).
- A professional able to create and share new knowledge, responsive to business needs, and in the constant pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
