Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of experience to join the Corporate Real Estate Practice in Bogotá, Colombia. This role offers an opportunity to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and to contribute to a dynamic corporate and real estate practice with a commitment to the practice of law.
Responsibilities
- Join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate on a range of commercial matters, including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
- Manage client matters and contribute to delivering high-quality legal services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Four to six years of experience in commercial law with a focus on corporate and real estate practice.
- Passion for and commitment to the practice of law.
- Strong academic record.
