JOB DESCRIPTION

At CUATRECASAS, we are looking for a lawyer with 4 to 6 years of experience in labor law, handling high-profile cases and clients. You will actively integrate into the team and collaborate on all types of advisory matters in this field: hiring, compensation, executive management, social security, termination, business succession, collective bargaining agreements, working hours, substantial changes, labor inspections, disciplinary law, and labor litigation… Your responsibilities will include managing or participating in cases in accordance with the strategy defined with partners or senior associates: conducting in-depth analysis, liaising with clients, preparing appeals and representing clients at hearings, drafting reports and technical documentation, actively collaborating with more senior attorneys, and supporting less experienced professionals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4 to 6 years of experience in labor law at a top-tier law firm, with a passion for and commitment to the practice of law.
• High level of English, minimum Advanced.
• Passion and commitment to the practice of law.
• An international profile characterized by continuous growth and learning, capable of working in a flexible, collaborative, 3.0, and multidisciplinary environment.
• A professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, demonstrating sensitivity to business needs, and continuously striving for efficiency and excellence.
