About the Role Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate Practice at our Barcelona office. You will manage clients and cases in a top-tier environment and work on a range of commercial matters including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. What You'll Do
- Join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate on all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
- Manage clients and cases, contribute to high-quality legal work, and support business needs with efficiency and excellence. What We're Looking For
- From 4 to 6 years' experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice.
- Passion for and commitment to the practice of law; good academic record.
- Advanced English, minimum C1; other languages valued.
- Ability to work in an international, flexible, collaborative, multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0). Nice to Have
