Job title: Law Library Access Services Evening/Weekend Manager
Join Villanova Law Library as the Law Library Access Services Evening/Weekend Manager. This on-site student role supports circulation and reserve desk services and helps ensure a welcoming, organized library experience for patrons.
What You'll Do
- Provide services at the law library circulation/reserve desk during evening and weekend shifts
- Check IDs, retrieve Reserve materials, check out books, provide basic directional information, and make referrals to librarians
- Assist with research and help with library projects as needed
- Maintain customer service standards and collaborate with law library staff
What We're Looking For
- A rising 2L or 3L law student with a strong commitment to customer service
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts; priority given to students hoping to work through the next two years and those with open availability
- Work study preferred but open to all students
- Ability to perform basic library tasks and interact professionally with patrons
Nice to Have
- Prior library or on-campus work experience
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of 15.00 USD
- Part-time student employment with rolling applications until positions are filled
- Location at Widger Law School Building on the Villanova campus
