About the Role ZF is seeking a Launch Manager to lead operational launches at our Hangzhou plant. You will act as the interface to divisional launch management and ensure execution aligned with the GDPEP and GD Launch Process, driving targets in supply, quality, feasibility, industrial engineering and productivity. What You'll Do
- Act as operative launch responsible in the plant.
- Interface with the divisional launch management.
- Ensure proper execution according to GDPEP and the GD Launch Process (in development).
- Secure all operative project targets in the dimensions of supply, quality, feasibility, industrial engineering and productivity.
- Report the launch status according to the GD Launch Process (in development).
- Support in customer projects and early involvement from operations viewpoint.
- Support during staffing at project start.
- Support rollout of the GD Launch Process in the plant and divisional launch projects. What We're Looking For
- Industrial engineering/technical business administration or mechanical engineering with sound knowledge of business administration.
- Several years of experience in Operations / Project Management / or similar in the automotive environment.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
