What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate transport and logistics activities for our customers.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution across the supply chain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving operational inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for our customers' success.
- Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy in operational systems.
- Identify and proactively resolve shipment disruptions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Studies in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or customer service. Any work related experience in the same field will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
