Job Description

Mshel Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements and creating detailed maps to support the company's real estate development and construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that site layouts, boundaries, and elevations are accurately established, forming the foundation for successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include performing topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced equipment, preparing comprehensive reports and site layouts, and establishing critical reference points. You will interpret survey data, provide essential information to project managers, architects, and engineers, and prepare detailed survey drawings.

This position requires a strong understanding of surveying instruments and software, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, playing a crucial part in the company's project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification/licensure as a Land Surveyor (where applicable).
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments, including GPS, total station, theodolite, and drones.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and legal land documents.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
