Overview
Gemameg Company Nigeria Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land measurements, prepare survey reports, and provide accurate data for construction and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
- Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
- Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor construction progress against survey data and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools.
- Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.
- Ability to operate modern surveying instruments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
