About this role
We are seeking a dependable Laminator Operator to operate and monitor industrial laminating equipment in a printing and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial laminating equipment.
- Adjust machine settings for speed, temperature, pressure, and alignment.
- Load materials and perform machine changeovers as needed.
- Inspect finished products for bubbles, wrinkles, defects, and proper adhesion.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Follow production orders and meet quality and productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications

Previous experience operating laminating, printing, or converting equipment preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
