About the Role Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to help healthcare & life sciences customers modernize their operational data foundation with Databricks Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres offering for intelligent applications. This high-impact role sits within the Lakebase team.
What You'll Do
- Drive adoption of Lakebase solutions to healthcare & life sciences customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close, including developing pipeline and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and customer success) to tailor Lakebase offerings to customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling data platform solutions to healthcare & life sciences customers (or similar domain).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Lakebase product and ecosystem.
