Job title: Lakebase Sales Specialist
About the Role Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to help customers modernize their operational data foundation with Databricks Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres offering for intelligent applications. This high-impact role sits within the Lakebase Go-To-Market team and partners closely with regional Account Executives to drive adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with regional Account Executives to drive adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams.
- Help customers modernize their operational data foundation using Lakebase, Databricks' fully-managed Postgres offering.
- Work within the Lakebase Go-To-Market team to accelerate adoption and loyalty across customers in the Sao Paulo region.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in enterprise software sales or cross-functional collaboration across GTM teams.
- Ability to translate customer needs into Lakebase adoption across platforms, applications, and data teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Postgres or managed Postgres offerings.
- Prior success in selling data/analytics platforms.
