Key Responsibilities
- Monitor/supervise feeding of fish
- Coordinate feed dispatch and movement
- Organize work schedule for feeders
- Fish size appraisal
- Monitor and report the health condition of fish
- Monitor and report on diving activities
- Monitor and report on condition of cages
- Ensure feeding records are accurate and submitted on time
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all feeders
- Any other duties allocated by Feed Department Management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
Knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
- Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
- Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
- Organization skills
- Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
