Lake Feeding Foreman-Early Stage

Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Cage allocation and delegation of responsibilities
- Ensuring that projects are completed successfully
- Feed order placement
- Check and sign session books
- Supervision of feeders in collaboration with supervisor
- Managing equipment for feeding e.g kayak and paddles, scoop nets etc
- Report on all zone/concession related issues
- Train feeders
- creating zone/concession schedule and coordinate with other foremen and supervisors
- Checking D.O reading within the concession and advice based on feeding protocol
- Feeding with feeders and enhance proper feeding technique
- Ensuring all feeders have the best working tools for better feeding such as calibrated scoop
- Any other assigned duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
Knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
- Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
- Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
- Organization skills
- Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
