About the Role The Lacrosse Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in instruction, game preparation, practice plan development, scheduling, and recruitment while upholding Taylor University's mission and values. The role emphasizes mentoring student-athletes, helping build a competitive program, and ensuring program integrity and compliance with policies and NAIA guidelines. What You'll Do
- Assist the Head Coach in organization and implementation of systems, practices, and game plans for the program.
- Provide technical expertise in the fundamentals of lacrosse.
- Support an environment aligned with Taylor University values that enables a quality, competitive program and supports the educational goals of student-athletes.
- Assist with recruitment and team member selection.
- Assist with practice sessions and coaching of intercollegiate contests.
