About the Role Als Labormitarbeiter im Bereich Materialtechnologie bei Diehl arbeiten Sie in der Halbleiterfertigung und unterstützen Produktionsabläufe, führen Reinigungsprozesse durch und bearbeiten Halbleitermaterial mechanisch. Zudem kleben und lösen Sie Kristalle für den Sägeprozess. What You'll Do
- Unterstützung von Produktionsabläufen in der Halbleiterfertigung
- Durchführung von Reinigungsprozessen
- Mechanische Bearbeitung von Halbleitermaterial
- Aufkleben und Ablösen von Kristallen für den Sägeprozess What We're Looking For
- Technische Berufsausbildung wie CTA, PhyTA, Mikrotechnologe oder vergleichbar
- Hohe Fingerfertigkeit und handwerkliches Geschick
- Zuverlässige und umsichtige Arbeitsweise
- Umsichtiger Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen nach Unterweisung Compensation & Benefits
