Laborer

About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Laborer to support warehouse operations in Goodyear, AZ. This role focuses on order fulfillment, packing, loading/unloading, and use of RF scanners and material handling equipment to ensure accurate, safe shipments. This is a first-shift, onsite position with competitive pay.

What You'll Do

• Manually load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner.
• Move product to storage areas with proper equipment and store merchandise correctly.
• Assemble merchandise to be shipped; sort, pack, label, and verify against shipping labels and packing lists.
• Conduct physical inventories and assist with general grounds/building maintenance.
• Support inbound/outbound, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience; 1 year preferred.
• Experience as Order Picker and Packer with cross-trained skills across multiple departments (inbound, outbound, shipping, receiving).
• RF scanner experience (6 months to 1 year) and ability to operate an Electric Pallet Jack; or willingness to be trained.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP is highly desired.
• Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; detail-oriented and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Pay: $17.90 per hour plus a $1.50/weekender incentive.
