About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Laborer for the second shift at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role supports warehouse operations with a focus on order picking, packing, loading/unloading, and inventory tasks to meet safety, security, and productivity standards.
What You'll Do
- Manually load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner.
- Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Accurately count product inventory by location and use RF scanners where required.
- Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
- Assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped; sort, recoup, pack, label materials.
- Check freight for accuracy and/or damage; assist in physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area; participate in general grounds/building maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned per customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of RF scanner experience preferred; detail-oriented with strong teamwork.
- Knowledge of warehouse/material handling operations and safety.
- Ability to lift and move items as needed; positive attitude and reliable.

- RF scanner proficiency and basic warehouse procedures.

- Base pay of $17.90 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
