Purpose: Provides technical support for the Hickman Laboratory by developing, maintaining, and improving laboratory equipment, sample preparation processes, and testing practices. Ensures laboratory activities are performed following best practices, quality management standards, and safety requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining appropriate inventory of laboratory consumables.
