Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technicians to strengthen our Medical Laboratory team.
- The successful candidate will deliver excellent care, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
- You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Medical Laboratory service
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes
- Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards
- Support quality improvement and audit initiatives
- Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways
Qualifications and Experience
- Recognised laboratory-technician qualification and relevant registration
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- 2+ years working experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
