About the Role TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking a Laboratory Scientist to perform waived, moderate or high complexity laboratory testing under general supervision at the Woodward/Hematology location. The role includes maintaining instruments, running QC, troubleshooting, and assisting with waived point-of-care testing as needed. This position is designated as Testing Personnel for moderate and high complexity testing under CLIA regulations and may involve specimen collection depending on site.
What You'll Do
- Perform and document clinical laboratory testing of waived, moderate or high complexity as appropriate, under general supervision.
- Note abnormal patient results and inform supervisor, pathologist, or principal investigator as appropriate.
- Operate laboratory equipment, interfaces and instruments; perform and document basic maintenance.
