About the Role
To have independent analysis of products including semi-finished and raw materials as per Ferrero requirements and maintain analysis labs updated with respect to equipment, methods, calibration and complying to Ferrero Lab requirements. Also, have been exposed to and implement ISO 17025/Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in Ferrero Laboratories.
- To ensure timely and effective analysis for all Physico-Chemical and Microbiological parameters of Finish, semi finish product and raw materials.
- To coordinate with stakeholders for Out of specifications and manage Non-Conformances for internal and external testing, related to Raw and Pack Materials, Process Quality and Finished Product release.
- To support for preventive measure and implementation of effective cleaning and sanitation method and hygiene validations including HAACP.
- To actively participate and support Environmental Monitoring Program as per the annual plan.
Main Responsibilities:

Management of Non Conformity and out of specification in materials and products – reporting in SAP and tracking inspection plan closure

Supervises data analysis and interpretation, guaranteeing a proper result finding activity and related IT data entry

Assures an effective management of laboratories within the plant according to central guidelines (reagents stock management, calibration of the tools, application of accident prevention regulations, application of the central methods reported on the portal,…)

Ensuring resource like training of team members, working conditions in Lab – ensuring that team members are trained and required conditions of analysis are maintained

Safety of emplopyees in the pillar and 5-S management with governance and tracking through FOX and Internal site review meetings

Supporting cerifications requirement of FSMS, FSMA as appcable

Support for progress Master Plan for quality

Guarantees the correct quality of the results (precision, accuracy) according to regulations and give evidence participating to Ring Test
About You:
- Masters degree in Microbiology /Chemistry /Biotechnology
Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.

- ISO 17025
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Food Microbiology
- Pathogen Testing regime
- Instrumentation
- Chemical Analysis and HACCP
- Environmental Monitoring Testing
