We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth by building strong partnerships, converting leads, and expanding our client base across healthcare providers, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders. This role requires a confident relationship builder who can combine field execution with structured reporting and targets. The Business Development Officer will report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (clinics, hospitals, HMOs, corporates, and institutions)
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure and follow-up
