Job Description
Quatenary International Company Limited (QICL) is seeking a diligent Laboratory Analyst for their facility in Warri, Delta. This role is vital for conducting essential analyses that ensure environmental quality and safety standards are maintained.
In this position, you will perform chemical, biochemical, physical, and biological analyses on various environmental samples. You will be responsible for adhering to strict quality assurance and safety protocols, calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and accurately managing all laboratory data, potentially utilizing a LIMS.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical, biochemical, physical, and biological analyses using laboratory instruments.
- Follow quality assurance, safety, and sample chain-of-custody procedures.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Accurately record and manage laboratory data, including through LIMS.
- Collect environmental samples in the field when required.
- Develop and implement analytical methods when needed.
Qualifications
- BSc, HND, or ND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Science Laboratory Technology.
- Proficiency in quantitative laboratory analysis and safety practices.
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Ability to accurately record and interpret data.
- Strong communication skills.
