Job Description We are looking to hire a Microbiologist who will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses, supporting laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with established quality and regulatory standards. The role will involve sample analysis, microbial testing, accurate documentation of laboratory activities, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices and relevant safety procedures. The position is critical to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results, supporting quality assurance, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s operational and quality objectives.

Job Description Prepare culture samples of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms for analysis Carry out the isolation, identification and enumeration of microorganisms found in environmental samples, food, drugs, chemical and Agro-allied samples Give recommendations and possible solutions for improvements Carrying out environmental monitoring Strict adherence to good laboratory practice guidelines in microbiology laboratory Preparation of work instructions, standard operating procedures and other related documents Working in accordance with ISO 17025:2017 laboratory guidelines Maintaining the impartiality and confidentiality policies in the laboratory Ensure good documentation and housekeeping practices Ensure that procedures are validated/verified prior to use Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated Participating in risk assessment, review and implementation Participating in audit activities Any other activity as directed by the Technical Manager /Head of Lab

Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Upper) in Microbiology.

Working Experience: Entry Level: Minimun of 1 - 2 years of experience in laboratory processes. A laboratory environment (Analyst or Laboratory Technologist)
