Job title: Laboratory Analyst
About the Role We are seeking Laboratory Analysts to support testing within our food testing laboratory. This role performs microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. You will follow all quality and safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs. We will train the right candidates. This position is based in our Marshfield, WI Food Lab with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What You'll Do
- Perform microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Follow all quality and safety guidelines while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced lab
- Support client needs by delivering timely, reliable test results and communicating findings as appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations and continuous improvement
- Participate in training and development to expand skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to follow quality and safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting or the food industry is a plus
