About the Role In unserer Wirkstoff-Pilotabteilung arbeiten Sie in einem GMP-gerechten Produktionsumfeld und stellen pharmazeutisch wirksame Oligonukleotide sowie verwandte Substanzen her. Sie steuern und überwachen Herstellungsprozesse und arbeiten eng mit R&D zusammen, um Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen. Ziel ist eigenverantwortliche Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen. What You'll Do
- Steuern und überwachen Herstellungsprozesse an der Schnittstelle zu R&D
- GMP-gerechte Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Chargen-Dokumentation
- Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung des Produktionsequipments
- In-Prozess-Kontrollen vorbereiten und Musterzüge durchführen (teilweise selbst)
- Zusammen mit Gruppenleitern Entscheidungen über weiteren Produktionsverlauf basierend auf In-Prozess-Kontrollen
