Job title: Labor Supervisor
About the Role As a Labor Supervisor, you will support Berea College's Great Commitments by supervising the Student Labor Program, helping schedule, assign, and review student work, and promoting the Dignity of Labor as a path to learning and community service.
What You'll Do
- Schedule, assign, and approve student work within the Student Labor Program.
- Develop students' workplace acumen and provide tangible work experience.
- Collaborate with staff and faculty to support the Labor Program Office.
- Help ensure adherence to program goals and values that honor the dignity of all work.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in supervising student workers and supporting a learning-centered Labor Program.
- Ability to coordinate scheduling, tasks, and feedback for student employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; commitment to Berea College's inclusive culture and Great Commitments.
