About the Role
Join CNA/NNOC/NNU as a Labor Representative based in the Monterey/Salinas area, supporting RN collective bargaining, grievance processing, contract negotiations, and mobilizing members to advance health care justice. This role combines data analysis, organizing, and field travel to represent nurses in employment-related issues and expand the nurse-led movement. What You'll Do

Handle all matters related to collective bargaining for nurses.

Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data to support bargaining and enforcement.

Assist in contract negotiations.

Process grievances and conduct arbitrations.

Represent nurses in employment-related problems.

Travel extensively to cover hospital facilities. What We're Looking For

Experience as a Labor Representative with expertise in collective bargaining, grievance handling, and arbitration.

Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present data.

Skills in creative methods to address workplace issues and build power; develop local leadership and workplace committees.

Willingness to travel to cover hospital facilities.

Additional qualifications: insatiable work ethic; demonstrated success at contract enforcement; prior experience as a full-time Labor Representative; effectiveness in organizing membership participation; developing rank-and-file leadership. Nice to Have

Salary: $70,332 – $188,796 per year, with competitive benefits offered, including comprehensive family health & dental plan, and generous pension.
