About the Role The Labor Representative will support CNA/NNU in representing nurses, handling collective bargaining matters, grievances, contract negotiations, and data-driven issue resolution. Based in San Jose, CA, this role requires extensive travel to hospital facilities to build power and advance healthcare justice. What You'll Do
- Handle all matters related to collective bargaining
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present pertinent data
- Assist in contract negotiations
- Process grievances and conduct arbitrations
- Represent nurses in employment-related problems
- Travel extensively to cover hospital facilities What We're Looking For
