About the Role The Labor Representative will handle all matters related to collective bargaining for CNA/NNU, including organizing nurses in private and public employment, processing grievances, and assisting with contract negotiations. This role supports building a national movement for healthcare justice by developing leadership and mobilizing members. What You'll Do
- Handle all matters related to collective bargaining, including organizing nurses in private and public employment
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data pertinent to bargaining and workplace issues
- Assist with contract negotiations and process grievances and conduct arbitrations
- Represent nurses in employment-related problems and help organize campaigns
- Travel as required What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Labor Representative or in labor organizing
- Creative methods of addressing workplace issues to build power
- Strong background in collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration
- Data compilation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Organizing campaigns and developing leadership among members
- Willingness to travel and work across regions
- Prior experience as a full-time Labor Representative a plus
- Effectiveness in organizing membership participation
- Developing rank and file leadership Nice to Have

- Salary range: $70,332 – $188,796 per year, depending on experience
