Lab Equipment Engineer
Summary Location: РФ, Санкт-Петербург Currently we are looking for a Laboratory Equipment Engineer.
About the Role
Your responsibilities:
- Development, participation and implementation in projects on optimization, improvements (Opex), automation (digitalization) of processes in quality control laboratories, in lean projects of QC laboratories, monitoring efficient usage of lean manufacturing
- Work in electronic deviation management systems as an expert. Investigate deviations and quality events in the laboratory. Develop corrective and preventive actions
- Support in planning and timely ordering of spare parts and consumables for equipment necessary to ensure continuity of operation in physico-chemical and microbiological laboratories
- Review and approve qualification/validation documentation for equipment and computerized systems from QA (user requirement specifications, risk assessments, qualification protocols, etc.)
- Maintain change control processes related to laboratory equipment and computerized systems
You are an excellent candidate if you have:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnological)
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control laboratories with an established quality system
