About the Role Responsible for end-to-end management of orders in the Processing Region/Market/Category from order entry to closed order (including warranty). Lead L1/L2 order projects following OFCE/OFSP processes. Own delivery within budget, schedule, quality and scope to maximize sales results and customer satisfaction; ensure proper documentation after commissioning. What You'll Do
- Ensure work is done according to the OFCE / OFSP working process
- Clarify customer needs, plan, execute and follow-up orders, according to agreed process, until handover to customer to fulfil customer satisfaction
- Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project deliverables according to project agreement (acc to order confirmation)
- Grow and maintain a strong network with Project Centre, Production Centre and SuM.
- Ensure resources deliver in order projects in full according to time, budget and quality
- Drive kick down meeting, identify root causes of cost variances and conclude the short term and long-term solutions. What We're Looking For
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience with strong project management foundations.
- Demonstrate leadership capability, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis within procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing contexts.
- Proficiency in data visualization and cost performance tracking, with ability to identify risks and highlight optimization opportunities. Nice to Have
