What we're looking for
- 6+ years of relevant L&D / Training experience
- Experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong preference for
- Previous KAHRAMAA experience
- Qatar / GCC experience
- Arabic & English language capability
- Government, utilities, or other large regulated organisations
- ERP / HRIS / LMS exposure
- ISO, risk management, or compliance knowledge
For Electrical Training roles
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering and hands-on experience delivering technical training are particularly encouraged to apply.
