KYC Operations Officer
We are seeking a KYC Operations Officer to manage and oversee KYC/address verification activities carried out by field agents, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily KYC/address verification tasks to field agents
- Monitor agent performance and ensure timely completion of jobs (TAT compliance)
- Track all assigned and completed verifications accurately
- Review submitted reports for completeness and accuracy
- Follow up with agents on pending or delayed tasks
- Maintain clear records of all verification activities
- Liaise with clients and internal teams on KYC updates when required
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workflow
Compensation
- Pay: N120,000
